The continuing health of my guests is my highest priority. My standards are high and I will never accept second best in any area of the hotel, be it cleaning, food or even the litter I use Everything for our guests is of the highest quality. Should I be concerned about any guest whilst in my care, I will seek veterinary advice immediately via Grove Lodge who are the vets that I am registered with. They operate a 24 hour hospital and are situated 5 mins away.

To ensure that the transmission of any disease or ailments to my guests is controlled, it is a requirement that all animal vaccinations and/or boosters are all up to date before arrival at the hotel and therefore request that you provide the medical record completed by your vet before the guests visit. I use a very high-quality veterinary disinfectant daily and ensure that my bio-security standards are kept to the highest possible level. All our bedrooms can be adapted to fulfill the needs of elderly, infirm or convalescent guests with veterinary padding on the floors and removable shelves for those who can’t or just shouldn’t jump. I am happy to nurse convalescent guests with the approval of your own vet.
